TrafficBoosted (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-enabled operations systems firm operating under Irish law. Our registered address is available on request. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Contact data: Email addresses submitted via our assessment booking form, the email-capture forms, or the operational-leak diagnostic. Outbound email is delivered by Resend, our email processor.
Booking data: Name, email, and meeting preferences collected by Calendly when you schedule an assessment. Calendly processes this data under their own privacy policy.
Usage data: Aggregated, anonymised analytics data collected via PostHog, including page views and interaction events. We do not enable session recording without explicit consent.
Communication data: Email correspondence sent to our address.

3. How We Use Your Data

To deliver the Operations Assessment Framework, benchmark findings, or diagnostic estimate you requested, by email (legitimate interest / performance of contract).
To confirm and manage your assessment booking (performance of contract).
To send the pre-assessment prep brief (legitimate interest, directly related to your request).
To improve our website and service through anonymised analytics (legitimate interest).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Confidentiality of Client Information

All information shared during an assessment — including details about your business operations, financials, systems, and team — is treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client-specific information to third parties without explicit written consent. Engagement outputs (assessments, reports, roadmaps) belong to you. We retain anonymised, aggregate insights for our own research — never identifiable client data.

5. The AI Operations Diagnostic

Our operations diagnostic is an AI system, disclosed as such in the interface (EU AI Act, Article 50). When you use it, the business information you type is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your estimate; it is not used to train AI models. We store the transcript, the generated estimate, and your email address only after you give explicit consent — in order to send your breakdown and follow up about it. You can decline storage and still use the tool and reach us. Email delivery is handled by Resend; analytics by PostHog (EU-hosted, cookieless). Provisional retention for diagnostic transcripts is 90 days; we will confirm this period before launch.

6. Data Retention

We retain your contact data for up to 24 months from last contact. Diagnostic transcripts are retained for a provisional 90 days. Booking data is managed by Calendly per their retention policy. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Rectify inaccurate data
Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
Restrict processing
Data portability
Object to processing based on legitimate interests

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use PostHog for privacy-respecting analytics. PostHog is configured with EU data residency. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not deploy remarketing pixels.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website following changes constitutes acceptance.
